    Secure portal notification messages being routed to the Junk folder, for Microsoft 365 recipients, has been marked as resolved.

    Our network team, working with Microsoft 365 engineers, have resolved this issue. Secure portal notification messages are no longer being routed to the Junk folder, for Microsoft 365 recipients, as a result of this issue.

    We are continuing to work with Microsoft on this issue. Microsoft engineers are running diagnostics at the back end; unfortunately, the diagnostic efforts take time to propagate throughout the Microsoft 365 environment.

    The next update will be provided within 24 hours.

    The EntrustedMail service experienced an issue today, which caused recipient notification messages to go undelivered.

    Sent messages, that triggered the Secure Portal method of delivery, were delivered to the Secure Portal, however, recipient notifications were not delivered.

    We apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused due to this incident.
