DNS lookups to our gateway domain, emmta.net are being returned as "host not found".

    We have fully off-loaded queries for our gateway domain, emmta.net, to our secondary DNS provider as we continue to work with the Microsoft Azure team to resolve DNS service issues.

    Until we are confident the issue has been resolved, our secondary DNS provider, will continue resolving lookups for the domain.

    ​We truly apologize for the inconvenience.

    We have received customer reports that DNS lookups to our gateway domain, emmta.net are being returned as "host not found" when querying Microsoft Azure Name Servers.

    We have pulled the Azure Name Servers from the DNS Zone for emmta.net and this seems to have resolved the issue.

    We will continue monitoring the issue.
